After some discussions with the solicitors I've been told they need to obtain a deed of variation for the lease. Does anyone have any experience on if this is easy and how long it may take? Solicitors have quoted 4 weeks!

Solarking. We had Solar panels installed by Solarking in 2012. At the time service was great, salesman was honest and open. Installation team, quick and efficient. Problems started recently when the Generation Meter stopped recording.

Don't buy from them, they sell the same Chinese products you find on Amazon or Ebay, only at 3x the prices. If you have a problem, good luck to find anyone. Also, they say 7-14 days shipping, it's 100% from China.
