- Human Knot: Form a circle, and each person grabs hands with two different people across the circle. The group must then work together to untangle themselves without letting go of each other’s hands.
- Trust Fall: Have one person stand with their back to the group. The person falls backward, trusting the others to catch them.
- Minefield: Set up an obstacle course with objects on the ground. Blindfolded participants must navigate through the “minefield” with guidance from their teammates.
