Mandy Raines, aka Amanda Dixon (Kristin Booth), is the main villainess from the 2020 Lifetime film, The Wrong Wedding Planner (airdate July 17, 2020).

Amanda Dixon's backstory revealed that back in college, she was in a relationship with Bradley Curtis, though their relationship was shaky to the point where Brad was set on ending things with Amanda. To keep Brad with her, Amanda informed him that she was pregnant, leading to Brad proposing to Amanda. They were engaged to be married, but after finding out that Amanda lied about being pregnant, he ended things with her.

Amanda became obsessed with getting back with Brad and pleaded with him to stay with her, but Brad--still angry over his ex-fiancee's lies--refused to get back with her. In the years that passed, Amanda continued her obsession with Brad, even delusionally informing her roommate, Sherri, that she and Brad were engaged to be married--even after hearing about Brad's engagement to main protagonist Ashley Williams.

The film's events saw Amanda, now going by Mandy Raines (despite hating being called "Mandy"; Raines being her mother's maiden name), attending a wedding reception for Clarissa, Ashley's best friend, before introducting herself to Ashley as Clarissa's wedding planner. After being charmed by Mandy, Ashley hired her; unaware that Mandy had previously broken into their house in the film's opening, and while at the house, Mandy was shown glaring at a photo of Brad and Ashley together before going to Ashley's bathroom. The villainous psychopath later spotted Ashley's online information and snapped a photo, and after getting a copy of the house key made, Mandy snuck in and changed Ashley's silverware arrangement, and also placed a hidden camera inside the bedroom.

It was during Mandy and Ashley's latest meeting that Brad entered and saw his ex-fiancee, expressing shock as Mandy stated that it was nice to "finally meet" Brad. Mandy continued watching Brad and Ashley from her home, while the former voiced his concern regarding Mandy and tracked her as they were shopping for cakes. Ashley informed Mandy that she noticed that her silverware arrangement was different from what she wanted, only for Mandy to state that she knew what was best for the wedding. However, Mandy later destroyed a wedding cake in a psychotic rage, with the action being caught by the bakery's lead chef, Gemma.

After realizing that Mandy was phony, Ashley was informed by Brad that Mandy was actually Amanda Dixon, his former college fiancee. The couple cut ties with Mandy, who left 15 messages on Mandy's phone, with one of them being a scathing message lashing out at Ashley for leaving her, just as Brad did. The maniacal villainess unleashed her revenge by using Ashley's information to post various racy photos of Ashley; sending them to Minister O'Brien (who was planning to marry them), and even sending them to everyone at Brad's workplace, resulting in Brad being fired due to being accused of sending the photos. Mandy even resorted to murder, attacking and stabbing Gemma to death inside her home.

The villainess continued to stalk the couple, and after seeing a locksmith, Jake, performing his duties for the pair, Mandy entered Jake's home and stabbed him to death inside his shower. After taking Jake's tools, the evil Mandy entered Ashley's home and confronted her, stating that Brad was hers first and lashing out at Ashley for stealing Brad from her (in her mind) before she drugged Ashley with chloroform. As she tied up Ashley on her bed, the deranged madwoman mockingly informed Ashley that she hoped that she didn't want kids, as Brad would leave her if she became pregnant, ignoring the fact that Mandy herself lied about being pregnant and that Brad was willing to stay with her as a result of her lie.

•Kristin Booth also played villainess Sarah Scott on Flashpoint.
