Run from this company. Sales Manager (Former Employee) - Indianapolis - May 10, 2024. Whatever you do, DO NOT work for this company. The “executive ownership” team is absolutely horrendous. They don’t really value their employees, and frequently belittle them. In fact one of the bosses frequently brags that “fear is the best motivator”.
