Maya is a big hit as the parrot mascot for Miguel's community basketball team. But when Miguel turns his ankle, Maya has to help take care of him, and has to miss the games. After all, she can't be in two places at once.
At the gymnasium, Miguel, Theo, and all of their friends are playing basketball. The Audience Cheers loudly as the chanters cheerleader themselves when Maya and her friends all Fall down. Chrissy tells them that their Cheerleader squad are still saying "Woodchucks Could, Woodchucks Would!" As The woodchuck beaver bites their legs The Sqaud falls down and the crowds cheers. Maya fortunately tells them what they need. A Mascot. Paco fortunately decals Maya Santos, and Chrissy, Maggie and all their friends know this. Back at the Apartment building, Abulita holds a helmet that has Paco, who is on. Maya and Paco tell Miguel that someone will be the mascot. Later, Maya jumps on the trampoline with Paco. Paco is dressed up like the soccer coach. Maya unfortunately falls down by herself. Miguel greets Senor Obregon at extremely goes with maya and The only way was bad. Theo discovers that Miguel was also got a parrot thing. Chrissy tells Maya because it is her first game. The game supposedly starts and Miguel has a good catch. But Miguel is! Not only did Maya told her she'd play on that day, but Miguel's Extremely damaged his foot (which was the his ankle). Maya unfortunately is so not his friend anymore. Rosa and her husband put a pillow on his foot. Maya sadly has to tell his brother was his very own foot (which was has fault), Undercoverly goes to the kitchen and hears a bell ringing. All the hard work that Maya has done, She tells her family because she wants to help Miguel. Kylie tells both of her friends that Paola the Parrot will be there. Back in the Gymnasium, Maya (dressed up Paola) comes out to the stage. Andy and Theo dribble the ball, Paola, Maggie and Chrissy tell and chant about their favorite parrott. Rarely, Miguel Really needs her help. She goes to the Apartment, to Gymnasium, she goes the same way. Miguel tells his sister that he was embarrassed. Later, the cheerleaders all chant together as Maya waves at the viewers.
