Ijon Tichy: Raumpilot. A stowaway has sneaked aboard the rocket: Mel, Prof. Tarantoga's furry assistant, doesn't know what kind of being he is. A defect in his cryogenic sleep chamber causes space pilot Ijon Tichy to wake up as an old man aged by 30 years.

The conflicts between the bad feelings of Halluzinelle about the stubbornness of the space pilot always end up in difficult situations in which it is the mission to find the most irritating solution as possible.
Such an effect is also achieved by the satiric German TV miniseries IJON TICHY, RAUMPILOT (IJON TICHY, SPACE PILOT). IJON TICHY consists of fourteen episodes spread out over two seasons, one hailing from 2007 and the other from 2011.
