Spooktober Movie 16. This would have made a crazy sitcom. A psychotic brother thinks he knows better than medical professionals and decides to isolate and take care of his mentally ill brother who has an obsession with fish. A far more interesting character study than I had anticipated. The acting is great. Super interesting characters.
