In the Line of Duty: Kidnapped 1995. ★★★½. Watched Jul 23, 2023. One of the best of the In the Line of Duty series has Dabney Coleman as an evil IRS agent (is there any other kind?) who stages a series of kidnappings of small children from wealthy families for the ransom.
