- 'The Witch' (2015) While Robert Eggers has gone on to make a psychological drama/horror/fantasy movie with lots of farts in 2019 with The Lighthouse, and a dark adventure/action/fantasy/revenge movie in 2022 with The Northman, his feature film debut, The Witch, is a bit more straightforward and definable as a folk horror film.
