Polina Ghrighorievna Astakhova (Ukrainian: Поліна Григорівна Астахова; 30 October 1936 – 5 August 2005) was a Soviet and Ukrainian artistic gymnast. She won ten medals at the 1956 , 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics .

Polina Astakhova. (1936–2005), Soviet gymnast. For decades the Soviet Union dominated women’s gymnastic events at the Summer Olympic Games. One of the Soviet stars, Polina Astakhova, won a total of ten medals in the Olympics of 1956, 1960, and 1964.
