Dec 26, 2020 · Randall (Tex) Cobb is a former professional boxer and kickboxer who fought five world heavyweight champions and appeared in many films and TV shows. He also sued Sports Illustrated for libel after an article accused him of fixing a fight and using cocaine.
Acklie suffered a cut eye stoppage. Both fighters tested positive on cocaine. Originally a TKO win for Cobb. The bout was stopped by the referee when both boxers heads collided causing several eye cuts. Ferguson down three times.
