Don Bloomfield studied at the prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City under the tutelage of Sanford Meisner and William Alderson. During his first year as a student, Mr. Alderson cast Don in the lead role opposite Molly Ringwald in Oscar Winner Horton Foote’s “Lily Dale.”
