Jul 22, 2014 · The theatre, film and television actor Álex Angulo died in a car crash on Sunday 20 July while he was travelling through La Rioja on the Logroño–Zaragoza motorway. According to the Office of the Regional Government of La Rioja, the accident occurred at 5.30 pm, and there was nothing that could be done to save the 61-year-old’s life.
