Thea Stabell (b 1939, Norway) is an actor, director and educator. After graduating from Statens teaterhøgskule (The States Theatre High School), she debuted as an actor on 1963 at Oslo Nye Teater. Since 1970 she has freelanced as an actor and director at various stages around the country.
Thea Stabell er en norsk skuespiller, regissør og pedagog som i 2006 ble utnevnt til Norges første professor i skuespillerfag ved Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (Fakultet for scenekunst). Hun var kunstnerisk leder for Torshovteatret fra 1991 til 1993.
