William Franklin Finley (September 20, 1940 – April 14, 2012) was an American actor who appeared in the films The Funhouse, Simon, Silent Rage, Phantom of the Paradise, Sisters and The Wedding Party.
William Finley (1940-2012) was a character actor who worked with Brian De Palma and Tobe Hooper in several horror films. He also wrote and performed the theme song for Murder a la Mod and co-wrote The First Time.
