Corbin Day is a fletcher who was kidnapped and forced to work for the Lone Wolves in Cullwoods mill. He asks the godwoken if they could not free him and in turn the godwoken may ask the fletcher if he would not work for them on the Lady Vengeance.

You met a fletcher called Corbin Day in the encampment of the Lone Wolves. He was forced by Roost Anlon to come and work for them. After you killed the lone wolves. Talk to Corbin and invite him to Lady Vengeance.
No XP rewarded upon completion, but Corbin Day will serve as your fletcher on board the Lady Vengeance.
Unlock the quest by talking to Corbin Day before fighting Roost and tell him he doesn't look like a lone wolf.

I had fletcher Corbin Day in my ship in Act 2 and Act 3 (after disabling a mod that was causing an issue). But now I can't find him in Act 4. I am trying to understand if this is a mod misbehaving again but I do not know where he would be normally located so I don't know if he's gone again or I am just failing to find the guy.
