Tom Ruegger (/ ˈ r uː ɡ ər /) is an American animator and songwriter. Ruegger is known for his association with Disney Television Animation and Warner Bros. Animation. He also created Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Histeria!.
Tom Ruegger is a fourteen-time Emmy-winning producer and creative force behind many popular animated series, such as Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain. He started his own company in 2002 and worked on multiple projects for Warner Bros., Disney and PBS.
