     At the end of every year as s principal, i would break fown my referrals down. I could put them into two categories. “Work ethic” and “ respect.” These became my non-negotiables for our family. We brainstormed what work ethic snd respect looned like at home and school. Then, we decided we need to work on some skills. We wirked on one skill at a time.
