Mar 17, 2018 · My sister inputed a wrong password ten times into my blackberry Q10 and it wiped away all my datas and restarted. But I skipped the initial setups and started using my empty phone, but every 3 hours it will bring out a pop up saying I should complete my setup and 2 options will come out, either you snooze it or you complete setup but I will continue to snooze it untill day before yesterday ...
I used to only push the Power off/hang up button at the first Setup screen to get back to the home screen, but no way to skip that process, even that Reader App fix didn't work because it was never reading that Blackberry ID speech where it is supposed to be able to skip that process by touching 2 times the screen.

But I found a solution, If someone faces this problem so need to do this: You need to open settings / Apps / App list / choose Google Play and clean it's data and cache for both then force stop it. It should boot up to the WiFI screen so tap "previous" to go to the Mobile Setup screen then active the screen reader. Now tap the skip button and double tap on the screen to go to WiFi setup again. At this point if the Anti Theft feature has been removed you should begin to hear the screen reader say "Blackberry ID" then follow the steps in the Ultimate Fix.
Feb 23, 2015 · To my dismay it hasn't. So I did a hard reset by removing the battery. To make it worse, when I put back the battery and turned it on it got stuck on the screen "finalizing device setup" since yesterday to today. I tried to reset it by removing the batt and putting it back. Did even pressed the volumes updown and power button at the same time but.
