No matter what country/language I choose, it won't load the Blackberry ID. I found the problem posted on BB web site, but its fix doesn't work. (trying to configure the wifi as a hotspot) Please help.

During the setup it is stuck in "BlackBerry ID Agreement" page saying "Unable to retrieve the BlackBerry ID Agreement. Setup the country and language". And both the "I do not agree" and "I agree" buttons are disabled not allowing me to proceed further.
