Jul 7, 2019 · The trick was to wait at the internet connection screen for a few minutes before advancing to the update screen. For some reason, the length of time to connect to the Wi-Fi took a long time (in the background). After a 5 minute wait (after connecting to the internet), the update worked. 07-09-19 10:14 AM.
