Now when I am trying to access my phone it is asking to enter blackberry username and password. I have forgotten password and security question so i deleted my old account and created new account with same email id.
A master reset reverts the device back to factory settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings and content such as pictures, ringtones and apps that are saved to the device. Data stored to an SD card will not be erased unless otherwise selected.

May 12, 2014 · Just in case for those not aware with BlackBerry 10 Security, if u forget your picture password you will be prompted for your device password after x amounts of attempts on picture password. If you screw up device password x amount of times it's game over. All data goes bye bye. You can't.
