What happened to BlackBerry? The CEO refused to get with the times, iirc. There was a good long form article in one of the business magazines a few years ago. Not only did RIM not get with the times, they had no idea that the cell carriers were going to increase their data capacity as fast as they did.

Maybe she was attracting too much attention. It did seem to be taking a wrong turn and deviating from the original intent. I do hope we find out the outcome and what happens.....this is like a season ending cliff hanger of TV show.

I was a hard core die hard Blackberry Cellphone user back in the day, loved push email and service books. but none of these technologies made it to the tablet, and the tablet was kind of a big flop.

I came back to the Playbook screen and wifi settings were in French, then it made me input my ID again and setup date and time again as if it were a new device. The BlackBerry PlayBook screen will turn off while background services, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi , will continue to operate. Shutdown/Restart - Click and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
