May 18, 2012 · To access this option, simply press the Menu key from the home screen, then choose Options. Scroll down to the bottom and choose Reset Settings. From here you have the option to restore your wallpaper, downloads folder, icon arrangement and home screen panels. Check the box next to the item (s) you want to reset and then choose Apply.
Jul 4, 2023 · Give the file a name you can remember. Run the newly created Autoloader file. (The file will be located wherever you extracted Darcy’s Tools.) Using a USB cord, plug your Playbook into the PC. The autoloader will wipe and install the BB10 Dev Alpha on your Playbook. When done, the Playbook should restart.
Feb 26, 2024 · Just type the password wrong again and it will reset.... but then you have the activation issues. You'll need to look in the Playbook thread as there is an option to get around that. 02-26-24 07:07 AM

Apr 15, 2011 · Factory Reset the Blackberry Playbook. 1. Go to Settings by clicking on the cog at the top right of the device. 2. Then scroll to Security. 3. Now, select factory wipe and type in blackberry to confirm. 4. Your device will reboot and be back to how it was when you first took it out of the box.
