The batteries' cells are replenished in a special charger designed to protect the cells from overcharging. When a lithium-ion battery is allowed to totally discharge for a long period of time or the battery is losing its charge quickly, the lithium-ion battery needs resetting. Once reset, the battery is restored to its full capacity.

Turn off BLACKBERRY Q10, you can check how do that here. Eject SIM Card tray and pull out old SIM Card, check how to do this on BLACKBERRY Q10 here. Install new SIM Card and put SIM Card tray back into BLACKBERRY Q10. Turn on BLACKBERRY Q10 and phone will automatically download new network settings.
