Hey guys I’m looking for a recipe for authentic Ghanaian Jollof Rice, I used to eat it all the time with my Ghanaian friends but we lost contact when they migrated. And the recipes online don’t look the same as the one they made. I find the ones online look too yellow and use brown/ regular white rice while they didn’t.
