This was Lita Ford's second ever Grammy nomination and her first since 1984's "Dancin' On The Edge". The track "Black Widow" is not to be confused for the track "Die for Me Only (Black Widow)" from Ford's 1983 debut Out for Blood.

In mid-1980s, Lita Ford was engaged to guitarist Tony Iommi, who co-produced her album ‘The Bride Wore Black.’ The album was never released and their relationship also didn’t work out. In the 1990s, Ford married W.A.S.P. guitarist Chris Holmes, but after a short while, they divorced.
