Toonami Aftermath is the only one that I know of that still exists for watching old CN shows while simulating the TV experience. My only issue is that it's lacking a ton of shows and constantly plays stuff like DBZ which gets old fast. Like others have mentioned, there used to be the Rebirth/Reboot sites but those are now long gone.
