There is an option that if you start your playbook when connected to DM you can select reinstall OS. Is it possible this is what has happened?
He handed me off to a T-Mobile Blackberry Tech who agreed with me. When I spoke with the Playbook support folks last night, they informed me that the software had been pulled. Of course this was after I did a security wipe and then couldn't restore my back-up file because of a OS incompatibility; Playbook had the new and the DM was showing the old.
