Jan 5, 2019 · Windows X permissions can be very weird - it would probably be handy if Microsoft released an app to reset the windows store permissions in the registry and files; you can use icacls to reset permissions back to their original config from the command prompt in the troubleshooting section but it didn't work for me either.
