May 10, 2024 · Select “Schedule Reset”. PERFORMING A HOMEKIT RESET. Press the Menu Icon. Scroll down to “Thermostat Information. Record the “Date Code”. Press the “back” arrow, then scroll down to “Installer Options”. Enter the Date Code when prompted to “Enter your password”. Select “Reset”. Select “HomeKit”.
Find a rectangular container and fill it with ordinary cooking rice. Put the control panel inside the container and bury it in the rice. Leave it overnight. The idea is that the rice will soak the moisture out of the control panel and with a little bit of luck it might start working properly again.

Aug 30, 2009 · If the heater only works on max i know from experience on other cars that its almost certain to be the 'resistor pack' thats faulty. Unfortunatly i dont know where it is located on a Vectra. Usually located on or near the Heater Blower motor.
