If you’re still choosing between cs and engineering, I would not choose Reed. Reed does not have an engineering program and 3-2 is very difficult to pull off. With that said, Reed’s CS program was a mixed bag 3 years ago. Amazing amazing professors, but they were stretched beyond their limits. You can look up Mark Hopkins’ op ed in the quest.
