It's ok to use books, and databases, but only for openings. No computer calculations whatsover. I personally limit my book studies to move 13, and I do use daily games to explore new openings - recently I've been playing The London System (1 d4 2 Bf4 3 Nf3) because it's like the Slav or Caro-Kann except you get to move first and I like those openings as Black.
Nov 12, 2021 · 1) it does not give the total number of games you are playing. 2) it shows only a very few games without scrolling, the regular Daily Chess list (especially when set to text) would show you dozens. 3) it doesn't even show how much time your opponent has remaining, just 3 dots.

Chess.com help section clearly states that there are 3 different ratings on the site: Bullet, blitz, and rapid. What is everyone referring to when they speak of their "standard"
