Aug 6, 2015 · Wireless mouse or keyboard does not work. Also, uninstall the mouse drivers from device manager by performing these steps. Right-click on start> left click on device manager>Expand Mice and other pointing devices> uninstall all the mouse drivers and restart the computer. Then check if it gets fixed.
