Nov 11, 2016 · The way to back up data on your DTEK50 or DTEK60 is by going to Settings > Backup & reset. Press and hold at the same time: Volume Up + Home button + Power button, until you see BlackBerry logo. Then select from Recovery Mode menu “wipe data / factory reset” using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
With the volume buttons, scroll to "Wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button. With the volume buttons, scroll to "Factory data reset" and press the Power button. Factory reset should start. At the bottom of your screen, when the reset is finished, "Data wipe complete" is displayed.
