Reset Password. Your organization’s primary contacts and site administrators may reset your Blackbaud Payment Service password or Blackbaud Merchant Services password(s). When they click to reset the password, you will receive an email with a secure link to reset the password online.
Resetting a BBMS password is a two-step process. First, reset the password on Blackbaud.com and then within Raiser's Edge. Reset the password on Blackbaud.com. Log into www.blackbaud.com and select View my account. Under Reset Passwords, select BBMS.

Answer: Passwords do not expire for the BBMS Web Portal. Users are not required to update their passwords unless another user has recently created their user or reset the password and marked the box "User must change password on next login".
