Go to the host computer that you want to be able to access remotely. On the host, open the Run window: On Windows 7 and 8, go to Start and type run in the Search field. Type control userpasswords2 and click OK. On the list of users, select LogMeInRemoteUser. Click Reset Password.
Enter your sign-in email address and select Reset Password. Check your inbox. Troubleshooting: If you didn't get the password reset email, view Why didn't I get my "Reset Password" email? for more information. Select the link inside the Reset Password email and follow the steps to create a new password. Remembering all of your passwords is tricky.
