BME 244L is a notoriously hard class, but it's made much more manageable by Prof. Tadross who gives pretty fair exams. Lecture can sometimes feel scattered and hard to know what's important for exams, but the tests aren't too hard so it's okay. Stats, HW, lab are a lot though, you really have to be on top of your stuff or you'll fall behind fast.
