Sep 27, 2022 · In Firefox, do the following: Click Save File to download the applet. In the Downloads box, double-click Support-LogMeInRescue.exe. Click OK if prompted to Open Executable File. You are asked Do you want to run this file? Click Run to execute the applet. Once the applet is running, wait for the technician to activate your session.

Apr 18, 2011 · Once I'd given them a verbal blast, I tried to disconnect them by closing their chat window, didn't work. The only other thing I could do was physically remove my internet connection and turn the computer off. I've since turned my computer back on - not connected to the internet, and their chat window automatically pops up.
