It is a morbid, brutal world, inhabited by characters who are both real and dramatic at once – and overall, there is a mythical air to the manner in which Bhardwaj stages his narrative.
The colors of the movie are warm at most of the places and some backlit shots did the wonders on the screen, that was a piece of good editing, and here is the great work by DOP with some long shots and the unforgettable last shots of the film where Omkara shoots himself and then we see both Omkara and Dolly dead, that was the just an example of brilliant cinematography.
