This would still be cheaper than my Premium for British Gas Homecare 2 was last year. Reviews online for YourRepair.com are good, so hopefully service will be in line with British Gas.

She has it regularly serviced by BG Homecare each year. At no point during the installation of a new boiler on pipework 20 years old, was she recommended to have the 'system flushed'.

On trying to arrange an annual service (last service Oct 2018) the earliest service they would offer is the end of January 2020 which is absolutely unacceptable. They also noted it was within terms and conditions to offer a further service any time within the renewal period (i.e. between Oct 2019 and Oct 2020).

My British Gas Home Care 400 (Boiler,Plumbing,Electricity and Boiler Service) renewal is about £260 with£50 excess. I looked online and found a similar service by HomeServe (HomeServce cover 8 with additional Pest,Security cover) comes to only £116 with £50 excess!

I had a leak in my kitchen which we think was from the radiator, which magically stopped all of a sudden the day before the engineer turned up from Dyno. We thought we would get them to come out and have a look but he couldn't find any issue so was gone within 5-10 mins.
