'Evidence' sells itself as 'not just a found footage film' because there are segments of film where it's not found footage. However, despite the bits with the officers being filmed 'normally' the movie could probably have been made without them.

"Evidence" (2012), not the movie of the same name about crime that came out in 2013. This movie starts out as a generic in the woods found-footage type deal, but about half way through the movie the tone changed and it became pretty much the most unique found footage film I've seen.
