Dec 11, 2023 · Shawbrook Bank. I have a ISA account with Shawbrook which matured on 1st December. Requested a transfer to another provider 2 weeks before the due date. Transfer was accepted on the maturity date and moved to Cash ISA Matured Funds paying 0.1%.
Saving with Shawbrook. I have saved with Shawbrook for some years. The savings rates are excellent. Customer service staff are friendly helpful and competent, and telephone enquiries are answered promptly. The website at present lets the company down.
