The easiest way is to open OneDrive settings and stop the electronic arts folder from syncing and set keep files on this computer. There is a way to move the electronics art folder using the symbolic link but I don't recommend novice users to use this tool unless they really understand it.
Path to this folder : Users/User/Documents/Electronic Arts /The Sims4 - ( inside is saves folder. mods folder and so on...) Click on "This PC". then click on your C Drive, which looks like this for example -- Acer ( C : ) (Without spaces) --.
If it's there, select Restore to restore your EA folder. If it's not in the recycle bin you could login to Origin go to Games Library and right-click and select Repair on Sims 4. The folder should re-appear in Documents. Reference Link: Can't Find the Electronic Arts Folder in Documents.

Oct 7, 2014 · I have my Origin install directory and Games folder frequently not installed in the default locations. Some things are still stored on the Profile like David said. AppData/local/Origin for example. ----. When you move the Games folder you just need to remap it in origin's settings.
