    On June 21, 2023, Madison sang a short snippet of the song after reading a comment saying "Did the world stop spinning?" on a Twitch livestream.

    On July 18, 2023, a fan of Beer asked her when the next single from the album would release. Beer later responded with "when i announce it". In the replies, another fan asked her to give a hint, likely investigating which song of the confirmed on the album it could be. Beer quote-tweeted the reply with "🌎", likely referring to the lyric "When did the world stop spinning?"

    On July 25, 2023, Beer first performed the song at the iHeartRadio Theater as a surprise for fans. Prior to the performance, Beer did hint about revealing her new upcoming single during the performance.

    On August 4, 2023, Beer once again performed the song on the morning television program Good Morning American. She also performed her most recent single "Home To Another One".
