   • This Abbott and Costello movie didn't get many good reviews, probably because it plays too much like Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein or anything else they have done. While a lot of the jokes can be repetitive. Still, these two were fun to watch, especially on the same screen as monsters like the Mummy.

   • In this Movie Bud and Lou are over in Egypt when they run into the Mummy, It must have been later when they again ran into the Mummy and Frankenstein. I'd like to give it 5 stars but its not the best Abbott and Costello so 4 1/2 stars.

   Is 'meet the mummy' a good movie?

   • Unfortunately, the 1955 MEET THE MUMMY finds the two at a creative low ebb. Featuring such notable character actors as Richard Deacon and Marie Windsor, the film is competently made and very easy to watch, but to say it lacks the inspiration of Abbott and Costello's best work would be a tremendous understatement.
