The Isleworthians’ Memorial Ground and Clubhouse is a sporting and social venue, in the heart of the Isleworth community. Formed over 100 years ago as the Old Isleworthians, the club was built on strong sporting links with Isleworth Grammar School, now Isleworth & Syon School, although the club has been open to all comers for over 50 years.
The Isleworthians came into existence in 1902 with the formation of the Old Isleworthians Association Football Club (OIAFC). There was also an Old Isleworthians social club, known in those days as a “smoking club”. Both these came together in 1953 as the Old Isleworthians Sports and Social Club (later known as the Association).
Oct 11, 2024 · Joe is a perfect example of what makes an Isleworthian. From Year 7, Joe was dedicated to fulfilling his own academic potential. He balanced this with a whole-hearted commitment to wider enrichment activities: rugby, cricket, the Duke of Edinburgh’s programme (Silver and Gold), plus two school productions.

About the club. We began under the umbrella of Old Isleworthian’s Football Club, becoming Old Isleworthian’s Youth Football Club, and have since become Isleworthians Football Club in our own right in 2021. The new badge includes Percy the lion, the magnificent big cat that sits on the roof of Syon House in Isleworth.
