Yeah. You can find it in the appdata folder for Steam and Elden Ring. I just copy and pasted the save data folder, changed the name, got the ending, and then restored my original. It worked like a charm. I hear there's also a way to do it using the cloud saves, but that seemed like too much of a pain in the ass. You can't duplicate characters.
