Jul 30, 2015 · Win. Live Mail is on the start bar, "All Apps" then under Windows Accessories. I have 3 Live mail addresses (Hotmail.com) 2 of them work, 3rd doesnt, gives "Server Error 3204" & I haven't been able to fix it after 3 chats with Microsoft. All contacts lost in all three accounts. Bad,Bad,bad.

I upgraded to windows 10 and everything was ok but a few days ago I could not access windows live mail also I have a message on boot up Failed to connect to Windows service this prevents standard users from signing in.
