Park Ridge is a city in Cook County, Illinois, United States, and a suburb of Chicago. Per the 2020 census, the population was 39,656. It is located 15 miles (24 km) northwest of downtown Chicago. It is close to O'Hare International Airport, major expressways, and rail transportation.
- Pickwick Theatre. Park Ridge’s standout landmark is an exquisite Art Deco movie palace completed in 1928. On the National Register of Historic Places, the Pickwick Theatre has an imposing marquee, below a 100-foot tower.

Park Ridge, city, Cook county, northeastern Illinois, U.S. A suburb of Chicago, it lies on the Des Plaines River, 17 miles (27 km) northwest of downtown. The area was first inhabited by Potawatomi Indians and used by French explorers as a portage. The site was settled in the early 1830s.
